PhoenixPhyre 2006: Meal Tickets and Cooking
Posted on Feb 12, 2006 - 11:44 PM by Dianne

Gatherings Meals will be catered by our Staff Kitchen. Meal tickets are $60.00 for the entire event. Meals served are Wednesday Dinner, three meals on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and a Sunday Brunch. Pay as you go meals are available, but the food is purchased based on the number of meals presold, and presold meal tickets eat first. We will have a limited vegetarian menu. If you have special dietary needs, please plan on preparing your own meals.
Fires will be allowed at your campsite only in approved areas and with approval from Safety; however, wood is not available at the site, so we recommend you bring your camp stove, or your own wood.

Does anyone know the cutoff date for registering for the meal plan? In the past it's been quite a bit sooner than the deadline for festival registration, so I don't want my friend to miss out....

A reply to OhiKennedy@aol.com will find me. Thanks!!

This is my first time, and I'm coming Friday morning to Sunday and am wondering if there is a smaller meal plan cost for the Friday to Sunday registration.
